Truly invaluable artifacts, these ring will reduce damage taken by enemies. The Blue Ring allows Link to take one-half of the ammount of damage he was taking prior. However, the Blue Ring is a secret item that is hidden in the top right region of Hyrule. The Red Ring is exeedingly more powerful, and reduces the damage you take to one- fourth. You get it in the very end of the game, inside the Death Mountain just before you face the Prince of Darkness, Gannon.
