Find the Parapa Palace - From Rauru town, follow the road going to the north from the town. Venture into the forest to the right of the road, and enter the cave in the top right corner of the forest. Go all the way to the left through the cave. When you exit the cave, go up and right to find the entrance to Parapa Palace.  
 

Get the Candle - From the entrance, go to the right then head down the elevator to the bottom. Go to the right, and take the first elevator down to the bottom. Go left all the way to reach the Candle.  

Find Horsehead - From the entrance, go to the right and take the elevator down. Go to the right to the second elevator and take it down, then head to the right all the way to the Boss, Horsehead.  

Defeat Horsehead - The higher your Attack power, the easier Horsehead is to defeat. At Attack Level Eight it only takes two hits to defeat Horsehead. Jump and hit Horsehead in the head until he's defeated.  

Parapa Palace Keys  

Find the First Key - Once you've entered the palace, Go to the right and take the elevator down. Go left all the way to the first Key.  

Find the Second and Third Keys - From the entrance, go to the right and take the elevator down. Go right to the second elevator and go up. Go to the right to find the Second Key, and keep going right to get the third Key.
