Find Wing Dungeon Entrance (Present)

From the Maku Tree (Present), go down two screens, left three, down one, left one and use the Power Bracelet to move the rock. Go left one screen, down one, right one, down one, left one, down one, left one and up one to speak to the Fairies. After they hide, go down one screen, up one (it will be different), down one, up one, lift the rock to find the Blue Fairy and go right one screen to return to the center of the playground.

Go right one screen, left one (it will be different), cut the bottom-left plant to find the Red Fairy, then go right one screen to return to the center. Go right one screen, down one and cut the bottom plant to find the Purple Fairy. Once all three Fairies are found, they will return the forest to normal. Go right one screen and pick up the rock to make the dungeon collapse.

Get the Harp of Ages

After finding the Wing Dungeon in the Present, return to the Maku Tree, go right one screen, drop down, go down one screen on the right side, right one screen, up one screen and enter the house. Push the Fairy Statue aside then go through the wall above it. Go down the stairs to get the Harp of Ages with the Tune of Echoes.

Get the Bombs

After getting the Harp of Ages, exit the house and use the Harp to open the Time Hole then step in. Go left one screen, down one, left one, down one, left three, down one, pick up the rocks and go left one to enter the Deku Wood. Go left one screen, down one, right one on the bottom, down two, left two, up one, up one on the left side, left one, down two, left one and burn the bush.

Go up one screen, right one, up one, pick up the rock and go down the stairs. Go down then left one screen and up the stairs. Go down one screen and slash the tree to get the Mystery Seeds. Make your way out of the forest and you will automatically be taken to the palace to meet the queen and get the bombs.

Enter Wing Dungeon (Past)

After getting the Bombs, return to the Maku Tree in the Past, go down two screens, left three, down one, left two, down one, right one on the bottom, down one, left one and bomb the cracked stone door to enter Wing Dungeon.
