Get the Tokay Eyeball
Leave Jabu-Jabu's Belly to get the Zora Scale. Use a Gale Seed to warp to the Zora Village in the Present. Enter the water, dive down, go down one screen, right five, speak to the Zora, swim into the alcove and press the B Button to surface. Go right one screen, enter the water, wait for the pirate ship to come, get on board, speak to the captain and give him the Zora's Scale for the Tokay Eyeball.
Enter the Ancient Tomb
From the Maku Tree (Past), go down seven screens, right two, down one and put the Tokay Eyeball into the statue. Enter the cave, defeat the enemies and go right two screens. From the door, step off the dirt one step, go up to the green rock, jump right over one step, go right to the stairs and go down the stairs. Go up the far-right ladder to exit the cave. Press the B Button to surface, push the middle statue left and go up one screen to enter the maze. Go up one screen, left one, down one, up two on the left side, right two, down one, left one, right one on the bottom, down one, up two on the right side, left one and enter the Ancient Tomb.
