Learn the Nocturne of Shadow and Song of Storms

After getting the Fire Arrows, return to Kakariko Village from Hyrule Field and you'll discover that it's on fire. After an automatic sequence, Sheik will teach Link the Nocturne of Shadow. Next, enter the Windmill and stand next to the man and show him the Ocarina. He will teach you how to play the Song of Storms on the Ocarina.
