Get the Fire Arrows

After getting the Water Medallion, Link will be standing on The Triforce symbol at Lake Hylia. From there, turn right and stand in front of the pedestal on the ground, facing an island out on the lake. When the sun rises, use the Bow to shoot an arrow at the sun. Repeat until something falls onto the island. Swim to the island and touch the item to get the Fire Arrows.
