After Visiting the Library in the Mabe Village, exit the building and work your way south to the Toronbo Shores. Use your Shield to move the stationary enemies out of your way, and you'll eventually find the sword at (3-P). Walk toward the Sword and an Owl will appear, telling you that you cannot leave the island until you wake the Wind Fish. The Owl will also tell you to travel north to the Mysterious Woods.c
