The Ribbon accessory immunes the wearer from status ailments. You can get it from:  

1. Bevelle - Activate and use the pillars to get to the treasure chest that contains it.
2. Dancing Mini-game - Score more than 150 points to get the accessory. Score more than 200 points and you'll get an accessory that grants the Ribbon ability, defense & magic defense +30 and slow -_-;. I'd go with 150 points.
3. Where's My Cactuars Mission - Defeat the final boss and you'll get the accessory.  

*The special dresses (Flora Fleur, Machina Muzzle & Zankio) also have this ability.
