1. Don't do the Magic Gunner dress/Find Those Musicians! mission in Story Level 1.
2. After Story Level 2's introduction, talk to Shinra (choose the 1st option) and then talk to Brother.
3. Go to the resting area.
4. You will see the musicians in the hallway.Talk to the drummer and choose the first option. You will have to push the musician to the elevator from smallest to biggest, in this order exactly:  

> Toberi *
> Trumpeteer
> Harp Player
> Drummer  

*Pushing Toberi is quite frustrating (for me, it was tougher than the final boss battles!), but it is possible. Try pushing him to the side (thus trapping him) then pushing him diagonally forward. After pushing them all to the elevator, he will award you the accessory.
