The Active Time Battle/ATB system is back. There are two options, Active and Wait. Use Active for exciting continuous battles and Wait if you want some time to think in choosing your commands. Unlike in the previous FFs, the party and the enemies change their positions in the battle field, moving closer for attacking. Also, when you use an item or cast a spell or ability, a gauge will appear. Once the gauge fills, you will be able to perform the action.
