Christain makes his way to the ring for his debut match against a true legend, Tommy Dreamer, who makes his way to the ring with Kendo Stick.  

Dreamer gets in the ring and the match begins, he takes advantage quickly with a lot of Kendo stick shots to the rookie. Christian gets a steel chair and goes to hit Dreamer with it, but Dreamer reacts quickly and kicks Christian in the gut, making him drop the chair, quickly into a Dreamer DDT on the chair and the quick 1...2...3 victory.  

After the match, Dreamer says that although he has had a good run as Hardcore champion he is getting a bit tired of just having to compete against one opponent, he says that as of next week the Hardcore division will be shaken up big time. With that Dreamer takes his leave as Christain starts to move around.
