In an unusual move, the WWWF Champion and WWWF Hardcore champion enters the match first much to the crowds delight. Dreamer enters the ring holding his two titles aloft and gives them to our referee for this match. We then see Chris Jericho enter the ring and then Nemesis, the WWWF EC Champ, who seems to have something to say before this match.
NEM- "Y'know somethin? This business is all about being the best. The ultimate star in your company, or your division. Many would say that having a championship would make a wrestler the 'best' at something. And that's certainly true. I ain't defended my title for a long time, and I think it's about time I did, right here, RIGHT NOW!!
The bell sounds and we are off, in this now a WWWF Eurocontinental Championship Match.
Nemesis, who has a lot to prove now after putting his own title on the line, tries to take out both Jericho and Dreamer at once with a double clothesline,
and somehow pulls it off. Nem is looking proud of himself now and thinks he can pull this match off. Dreamer on the other hand realises he could make WWWF history if he wins this match and hold 3 titles at once, and decides to take the match to the outside with a hurrendous belly-to-
belly over the top ropes to the outside. Jericho takes advantage and performs a Lion Sault from the apron to the downed Nemesis on the outside.
Tommy decides to take things to the extreme and pulls out a Singapore Cane from under the ring! Dreamer starts with the shots to the back, head; anywhere where the cane will hurt! Dreamer rolls nemesis back into the ring and goes for the cover 1...2...kick out! Dreamer almost made history! Jericho don't look to happy and grabs the Singapore Cane and launches it into Dreamers stomach, Dreamer is winded by the shot and falls to the canvas, Jericho goes for the cover 1..2...almost there! All three men start to exchange blows but are starting to tire easily as the match got off to a high-
paced start. Nemesis begings to stomp on the floored Dreamer, but Dreamer manages to grab hold of his leg, and twists it round into what looks to be a painfil position! Dreamer knocks down Jericho with the Cane as he hits a Dreamer Driver on Nemesis. This one is over! He goes for the cover 1...2...wait a minute! Someone just pulled Dreamer off Nemesis and the count was stopped, we can't see his face but we can see his shirt which is displaying the letters "
DWF" as he goes for a chair we recognise that it's DD! DoomsDay is in the WWWF! He floors Nemesis and Dreamer with the chair and then tells Jericho to pin Nemesis. Jericho goes for the cover 1...2...3!!!!
Jericho is our new EuroContinental Champion! And it's all because of DD. Why is DD here? Why did he do what he did?
