WWWF NO. 1 CONTENDERS MATCH : Mr Showtime vs. Goldberg vs. The Rock vs. Nightmare

We've all just seen Lesnar win the WWWF title in one hell of a match with Shawn Michaels and now it's time to see who the number one contender for Dreamer's championship will be! 'If ya Smell...' hits and out comes the People's Champ to a great Reception! He makes his way to the ring and poses on all turnbuckles for the crowd! Then the pyros start to explode on stage as Bill Goldberg makes his way to the ring! He is the biggest man in this contest and that could be a deciding factor in this four-way elimination match! He stares down the Rock as we await the next competitor! The arena goes dark and the titantron begins the movie style countdown that signals the entrance of Mr Showtime! The pyros explode on stage to reveal M-S- T as Linkin Park's 'Hit the Floor' fills the arena! Showtime is getting huge jeers and boos after his comments earlier in the show! He slides into the ring and goes straight after Goldberg; the match begins as The Rock joins Showti me in the beating as Nightmare comes flying to the ring to a huge ovation from the crowd! The announcer doesn't get a chance to announce him as he slides straight in and goes after the 3 men in the ring! The Rock receives a back body drop from Nightmare as Showtime continues to beat away on Goldberg in the corner! Nightmare spins Showtime round and hits a DDT! Next Nightmare turns to Goldberg and sets himself up for a spea r! Nightmare runs but Goldberg moves and Nightmare connects with the Ring Post ! What an impact! The Rock and Showtime are up and look to work together as they double clothesline Goldberg to the mat! Showtime then locks Goldberg in a Full Nelson as The Rock proceeds to hit a flurry of rights to Goldberg before Showtime hits a Tiger Suplex knocking the wind out of Goldberg! Nigh tmare stumbles to his feet but Showtime and The Rock clothesline him over the top-rope to the mat! Goldberg stumbles to his feet too but is greeted by a Superkick from Showtime that he calls the BLOCKBUSTER! The Rock picks Goldberg up and whips him to the rope as Showtime goes up top, Spinebuster by The Rock, and THE FIVE STAR SHOW SPLASH! Showtime connects with Goldberg as The Rock calls for the People?s Elbow, the most electrifying move in Sports Entertainment connects and both The Rock and Showtime cover Goldberg for the 3- count as he is the first man eliminated! As Goldberg makes his way to the back looking very angry The Rock slides to the outside and start s the beating on Nightmare who is still dizzy from his two big bumps earlier! The Rock hits a flurry of hard rights but all of a sudden Showtime comes flying over the rope with a springboard somersault plancha taking out both men! He calls for the fans adulation but they merely boo the young supersta r! He reacts by giving some abuse to the fans at the barricade, which gives time for The Rock and Nightmare to get up. Nightmare with a side Russian leg sweep to Showtime and then a clothesline to The Rock on the outside! The Rock is back up quickly though and counters the charging Nightmare with Greco-roman throw! Showtime then hits a reverse face buster on The Rock, as no man in this contest is able to build momentum or gain an advantage! Showtime with a Superkick to Nightmare as he looks to be the first! He hits a standing moonsault on The Rock and then a bulldog to Nightmare! The Rock runs at Showtime who plants him with the GRAND FINALE DOUBLE POWERBOMB! The Rock is out of it as Showtime rolls him onto the announce table! Showti me climbs the turnbuckle and looks for a Swanton Bomb from up top but all he does is come crashing through the announce table as Nightmare pulls The Rock out of the way and sets upon The Rock himself as Showtime lies motionl ess on the outside! Nightmare throws The Rock into the ring and gets set to turn this back into a wrestling match! Nightmare hits an elbow drop and then a huge leg drop and makes the cover but the Rock kicks out at two. Nightmare lifts Rocky up and hits a backbreaker and another huge leg drop. He then lies in wait for the Rock, as Rocky stumbles upwards Nightmare look s for a Spinebuster but the Rock blocks any attempt and hits a right hand. The two trades blows before the great one gets the better of it and hits a huge right hand that knocks Nightmare from his feet! Then Nightmare sprin gs up but walks into a Spinebuster! It?s time again for the most electrifying move in sports entertainment, the PEOPLE?S ELBOW! The Rock connects, cover 1-2? FIVE STAR SHOW SPLASH! Broken up by a groggy Showtime who covers The Rock and gets the 1-2-3! Rocky is eliminated! That leaves just Nightmare and Showtime left! Nightmare lifts Showtime up and the two men begin to exchange blows before Showtime hits a knife-edge chop to the chest of Night mare! Nightmare is stunned and Showtime uses this split second advantage to hit a huracanrana and moonsault splash! As Nightmare springs to his feet Showti me springboards off of the middle rope and catches Nightmare with a cross-body ! Cover by Showtime, 1- 2... kick-out by Nightmare! Showtime looks for a clothes line but meets a big boot to the face instead as Nightmare counters and gets back into the match! Hanging suplex by Nightmare as Showtime comes crashing down to the mat! Nightmare hits a German suplex and looks to roll into anot her one but Showtime flips himself over and locks in a small package. Again Nightmare kicks out! Both men up and Showtime looks for a spinning kick but Nightmare ducks and catches Showtime and hits a kick to the gut and elevates him up in the air? NIGHTMARE RIDE! NIGHTMARE RIDE! Cover by Nightm are and he picks up the win and gets the number one contenders spot! WINNER BY PINFALL - Nightmare
