This is a part-time programme delivered in collaboration with the College of North East London.
The programme examines the condition of trade unions today; how they are adapting to changes in the labour market, changes brought about by the introduction of new technology, and how they have responded to reorganisation in industry and the service sector.
The programme also considers the trade unions' approach and effectiveness in what are two central areas of activity: employment law and the leagal position of unions; as well as health & safety.
