Eric Bischoff hits the stage amidst a chorus of his striking soundtrack and boos from the audience. Swaggering down to the ring, he blows kisses to the fans and waves at them to show how much he appreciates their love for him.
EB-" You know, for the first time in a long time. WWWF really excelled itself. Warzone was one helluva show. But we dont stop there because on Burnout tonight, we're gonna pump things up ten time mores and make you fans beg for more when its all over. First on the agenda is our big main event tonight. As I stated on Warzone, HBK and Nightmare will face off against each other but they wont be alone. They'll be joined by Booker T and Tommy Dreamer on HBK's side and Dr S and that lowlife nemesis on Nightmares side. Also starting tonight I will be judging some competitors for entrance in a tag team division. The superstars will be involved in singles matches and if they win the match they can choose a partner to be involved in the tag team tournament to be held sometime in the near future. First off is Scorpio who will be facing Kurt Angle. Oh yea, I forgot to mention. The tournament will be decide who makes it to the final match not who wins the belt because in the final match they will face Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar for the titles! So without any further ado, lets get on with the show!"
The crowds cheer as Bischoff finally shuts up. Whether it was the huge announcent concerning the tag team division or the fact that Bischoff was leaving the ring? We'll never know.
