Due to situations out of my control, many cincinnati bell phones cannot download free ringtones from "most" sites other than theirs. there's a certain way that the tones have to be formatted in order for you to be able to download them. at this time i haven't found out that method. i advise you to try to download anyway to see if your phone can download, if not, i will add certain sites in my link section that people have been able to download from.
many networks allow their phones to download from other sites but there's a couple that dont. cincinnati bell has stop "most" of their phones from downloading from others sites due to them being free and that makes them miss an opportunity to make money. if you get "the requested page cannot be displayed" message, your phone cant download and there's nothing i can do. i use to be a CBW customer so i know how you feel. UPGRADE and get with t mobile or at&t. or just get a cincinnati bell motorola phone.
