Lesnar's theme hits. Brock walks out to a divided crowd, some boo, some
cheer. Brock gets in the ring and raises his arms. Goldberg's music starts.
He walks out and stands in the pyro. After the pyro stops, Goldberg walks
and gets into the ring. Y2J's music hits and he makes his way to the
ring as this crowd anticipates this opening match. The bell rings.
All three of these guys are impressive wrestlers, Goldberg forcefully shoves down Brock. Brock quicky gets up and starts hitting Goldberg with rights and lefts. Jericho then gets involved, beating down on Goldberg. Goldberg catches Brock's hand and hits him with a strong clothesline and then right hands to Jericho. Goldberg picks up Brock and places him in the corner and then clotheslines Y2J out of the ring. Goldberg backs up and runs at Brock.....but he moves out of the way, and Goldberg smashes into the ringpost. Brock picks Goldberg off of the mat and puts him in a headlock. Goldberg reverses it into a back drop as Y2J rolls back into the ring. Brock hits Goldberg with a low blow. Brock gives Goldberg a running power slam. Brock then jumps onto the turnbuckle and taunts the crowd unaware that Y2J is stalking him, right behind him.He grabs Brock and delivers a powerbomb. Goldberg gets up and gets in the crouching position. Y2J soaks up the crwod's cheering and turns round.......and gets Speared! Goldberg signals for the Jackhammer. Goldberg lifts Y2J up, but Brock gets his feet back on the mat and gives Goldberg a standing orange bomb. Brock lifts Goldberg over his shoulder, and slams him onto the canvas. Brock goes for the pin 1-2-Broken up by Y2J, who then covers Goldberg himself only for Brock to pull Y2J off before chucking Y2J out of the ring. Brock puts Goldberg on the top turnbuckle. He goes for a top rope samoan drop, but Goldberg reverses it into an inverted hip toss in mid-air. Both men are down. Both men slowly get up. Goldberg runs and spears Brock Again! He signals for the Jackhammer. Goldberg lifts up Brock and holds him up. JACKHAMMER! Goldberg goes crazy in the middle of the ring as Y2J gets back in he leaps to the turnbuckle and flies at Goldberg! Goldberg catches him in mid- air...JACKHAMMER! Brock and Y2J down, Goldberg covers Y2J 1-2-3! Goldberg picks up the win in this opening match of the first Inferno. We go Rage's office as Goldberg celebrates.
