When you play manager mode with a lower dision team, put it on two player mode, even though there is only on of you. Then you choose a good team for player two and take all of thier players!  

Not only that but if you take all thier money, the will have to be another team. You can take thier money and players aswell etc.  

Carry on doing this and you will be top of the leauge in no time!!!
