Exhibition Mode
Complete all 20 Blue Impulse missions
Get a Dolphin
Finish Sky missions 1-7 to unlock mission 8, then complete mission 8 to get the Dolphin
Extra Options
Enter TASCAS as your name and pick the Special option on the options menu to get to the HUD, Cockpit and Player Assist options
Get 5 or 6 jet formation option
Complete the Sky Missions 1-8 and an option to fly 5 or 6 jet formations will be unlocked
If you hold L & R when it says START you get all planes + a car & a dolphin which can fly and an extra two levels.
