-You can only have two email address per name
-Start typing either first name , last name or company name of the contact you are trying to find for quick access.
-The device recognizes when you're in an " all numeric field" (EX: Mobile number), so there is no need to use Alt key
-The device recognizes when you're in an email field. Hit space bar when needing to enter the @ symbol
-Hitting the space bar again, will input the dot for in the .com or .net
-The PIN field could be an alpha/numeric combination. It assumes numbers, so Caps key must be used if a letter is needed for PIN number
-Contact information can be sent in a PIN to PIN message
-The PIN follows the device and NOT the SIM card
-The PIN for the device can be found in Options under Status
-To add pause or wait to a phone number field for auto passcode dialing, push in trackwheel and select Add Pause or Add Wait. Enter the passcode following the pause.
-For an office extension enter an "x" after the phone number, then add the extension number to autoprompt for the extension.
-To access your company's Global Address Book, click trackwheel and from popup menu select Lookup. Enter the name to lookup in the field provided (first or last name) and click the trackwheel. Once complete, click trackwheel to select bracketed info and select View Lookup from the popup menu. Bracketed lookups are temporary and will only remain on your Blackberry for a short while before being deleted. NOTE - This feature only available with a Blackberry Enterprise Server v3.6 or higher.
