The Ofer military court near Ramallah on Thursday issued an administrative detention order against Palestinian MP Hatem Qufaisha, which means holding him in prison without charge or trial.  

The IOF troops had kidnapped Qufaisha from his home in Al- Khalil city almost a week ago only a short while after releasing him from jail only one day before the convening of the PLC session in a clear step to obstruct its session.  

Qufaisha served 94 months in occupation jails at different intervals and was elected to the PLC while in detention.
