IOF tanks and armored vehicles escorted special forces in their advance into the Bedouin village north of the Gaza Strip on Thursday where they kidnapped a number of citizens.
PIC correspondent reported that the invasion troops broke into homes and took away a number of civilians under intensive hovering of Apache choppers that fired a missile at the area but no casualties were reported.
He further noted that IOF troops withdrew later Thursday along with their bulldozers that wreaked destruction in the citizens' cultivated lands.
In Nablus, IOF soldiers raided the city also on Thursday and kidnapped eight citizens after desecrating two mosques in Rafidia suburb.
Locals said that the soldiers broke into the mosques with their boots after destroying their gates and wreaked havoc inside both.
IOF troops also withdrew from the Kufr Dan village, west of Jenin, at dawn Thursday after a large-scale operation in the village at a late hour Wednesday in the hope of rounding up resistance activists.
Local sources said that the soldiers could not arrest any of those wanted activists, and added that a young man was moderately wounded in the troops' random firing.
They further said that resistance fighters engaged the special unit and besieged its members but the IOF sent in reinforcements and managed to break the siege after violent confrontations.
In the Gaza Strip, the Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced responsibility for firing three locally made Quds missiles at Ashkelon north of the Gaza Strip on Thursday.
The armed wing said that the attacks on Israeli targets would continue as long as the Israeli occupation crimes continue against Palestinians.
